We are searching for an experienced Senior Sales Associate for our client, Stillman Digital.

Stillman Digital is a fast-growing, technology-driven digital asset liquidity provider building institutional-grade infrastructure for compliant, high-speed trading and settlement. Founded in 2021, the company is in an active scaling stage as it expands its global footprint and capabilities.

Role Information

As a Senior Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our liquidity solutions to meet sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a zero excuse performance oriented mindset, great communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of successful sales experience, and a deep understanding of the digital asset

world. If you are a self-starter with a passion for building relationships and driving sales, we’re looking forward to hearing from you.

What your day to day looks like:

● Create and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners through various outreach strategies such as email, phone, linkedin, and in-person meetings.

● Full sales cycle self-reliance - be able to source your own prospects, turn them into opportunities, and close the deal turning them into customers.

● Attend conferences to source new opportunities and turn them into customers

● Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate and educate potential clients on the benefits of working with Stillman Digital.

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in a business development or sales role within the financial services industry, preferably within the digital asset space.

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and effectively convey complex concepts to potential clients.

● Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

● Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

● Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

● Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
