Role Information
We're seeking a driven and well-connected Institutional Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead business development across the crypto and TradFi spectrum. You’ll play a key role in scaling our staking and infrastructure solutions within the Solana ecosystem.
What You’ll Do:
Lead the sales of the company’s staking, validator, and infrastructure services to: Crypto-native institutions (hedge funds, family offices, DAOs), DeFi protocols and token projects on Solana, Custodians, brokers, and exchanges
Build and deepen strategic partnerships with key players across the Solana ecosystem
Develop strong, trusted relationships with institutional clients—understanding their needs and clearly demonstrating the value we can provide
Represent the company at industry events
Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities
Work closely with Strategy, Operations, and Engineering teams to align client needs with our technical capabilities and ensure successful deal execution.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in institutional sales, with a proven track record of winning and expanding business in the crypto or financial services space
At least 1 year of experience in institutional crypto sales, staking, or infrastructure
Strong understanding of validators, staking yield mechanics, custody solutions, and institutional risk frameworks
Existing relationships across the crypto landscape, particularly with institutional and corporate clients
A confident and strategic salesperson who can also nurture high-trust, long-term relationships
Bonus: Deep familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and Web3 infrastructure
