Role Information

We're seeking a driven and well-connected Institutional Sales & Partnerships Manager to lead business development across the crypto and TradFi spectrum. You’ll play a key role in scaling our staking and infrastructure solutions within the Solana ecosystem.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the sales of the company’s staking, validator, and infrastructure services to: Crypto-native institutions (hedge funds, family offices, DAOs), DeFi protocols and token projects on Solana, Custodians, brokers, and exchanges

  • Build and deepen strategic partnerships with key players across the Solana ecosystem

  • Develop strong, trusted relationships with institutional clients—understanding their needs and clearly demonstrating the value we can provide

  • Represent the company at industry events

  • Maintain and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities

  • Work closely with Strategy, Operations, and Engineering teams to align client needs with our technical capabilities and ensure successful deal execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in institutional sales, with a proven track record of winning and expanding business in the crypto or financial services space

  • At least 1 year of experience in institutional crypto sales, staking, or infrastructure

  • Strong understanding of validators, staking yield mechanics, custody solutions, and institutional risk frameworks

  • Existing relationships across the crypto landscape, particularly with institutional and corporate clients

  • A confident and strategic salesperson who can also nurture high-trust, long-term relationships

  • Bonus: Deep familiarity with the Solana ecosystem and Web3 infrastructure
