We’re looking for a talented and versatile individual who can seamlessly blend the strategic vision of product management with the organizational excellence of project management. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in driving the development and delivery of innovative Web3 products while ensuring that products are executed efficiently and effectively. ResponsibilitiesLead the development and management of the product, from ideation to launchCultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, ensuring effective collaboration and coordination throughout product lifecyclesDevelop roadmap and product execution plan containing key deliverables, milestones, timeline and budgetDocument and track progress of development and features across the productServe as the primary point of contact and build relationships with external stakeholders, such as partners, clients, and community members, and founding teams from portfolio companies to understand their needs, address concerns, and foster positive engagementAnalyze market data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations to continuously improve our market making performance / existing productsManage any internal cross functional resource needs including development, art, design, marketing, to ensure successful product launchesStay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the crypto market making spaceRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetingsCollaborate with the broader leadership team on strategic initiatives and business planning
