Your Role

• Design and develop full-stack solutions around our core automation technology

• Build scalable, secure, and efficient back-end systems (with occasional front-end involvement)

• Connect our platform to toolchains, databases, and distributed infrastructure

• Collaborate closely with the team to test, debug, and fine-tune for performance

• Own features end-to-end, from concept to deployment

What We’re Looking For

Technical expertise

• Strong back-end development background (ideally in high-performance languages)

• Competence in front-end development (our interface is functional, not flashy)

• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)

• Knowledge of modern databases (SQL and NoSQL)

• Exposure to machine learning frameworks is helpful, but not essential

Mindset and approach

• Curious, practical, and focused on shipping real outcomes

• Comfortable working as a generalist, willing to learn new domains quickly

• Detail-oriented, resilient, and resourceful

• Open to candid feedback and decisive teamwork
