Role Information

The company is hiring a skilled Typescript/React developer to help deliver the next major release of an institutional staking dashboard and to contribute to additional Web3 infrastructure initiatives.

The successful candidate will join a small, fast-moving team operating at the intersection of crypto staking, product design, and backend systems.

This is a remote role with a strong preference for candidates based in US Central Time Zones.

Clear, proactive communication is essential—this role is about collaborating to ship great product, not just writing code.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain modular, reusable React + TypeScript components for the staking dashboard and future applications.

• Implement client-side logic and integrate with Nest.js backend APIs.

• Design and evolve relational data models using TypeORM.

• Ensure a consistent, polished UI with Tailwind CSS and modern component patterns.

• Optimize for performance, reliability, and responsiveness across devices.

• Partner with product and engineering to scope, diagram, and document technical solutions.

• Contribute to code reviews, testing, and iterative delivery practices.

• Communicate progress and trade-offs clearly within a distributed team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Typescript and React.

• Professional experience building backends with Nest.js.

• Hands-on experience with TypeORM and relational schema design.

• Fluency with Tailwind CSS and contemporary UI systems.

• Familiarity with state management (e.g., React Context, Zustand or similar).

• Ability to produce system diagrams, user-flow documentation, and architecture notes.

• Working knowledge of blockchain wallets and staking (preferably Ethereum or Solana).

• Solid understanding of core staking mechanics.

• Strong grasp of RESTful API integration patterns and best practices.

• Comfortable with team-based Git workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
