The F&A team comprises multiple functions from Financials Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury and Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing global cryptocurrency trading platform that offers customers the ability to trade a variety of digital assets and derivatives. Crypto.com is a dynamic firm seeking passionate individuals deeply interested in the world of cryptocurrency and financial operations. The Junior Financial Analyst role operates under a hybrid work setup, with approximately 50% time in the office and 50% work from home.Treasury and Trust Operations Perform daily reconciliations of Trust Company and activitiesMonitor Trust related requests and activities (deposits, withdrawals, account setup)Review of cash reconciliations and processing journal entries related to cash movements and paymentsDaily reconciliations of cash books, debit card deposits and withdrawals, chargebacks, and connection errorsPreparation of daily Segregation StatementPerform analysis on trading activities, margin requirements, and liquidity managementManage Treasury inbox and salesforce related items Assist in monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to trading volumes, client activity, and revenue generation.Completion of project work such as automation of daily/monthly processes to improve efficiencyPreparation of ad-hoc analysisAssistance with various administrative tasks as neededAccounting Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including accruals, prepaids, property, and intercompany accountsWork directly with Treasury and Finance teams on daily and monthly processingSupport Finance team with ad hoc work surrounding Crypto.com entitiesAssist in the preparation of documentation for audits and regulatory examinationsAssistance with various administrative tasks as neededAccounts Payable and Vendor Management Manage Accounts Payable including purchase order creation, invoice review/submission, payment processingEnsure timely processing of vendor payments to keep accounts currentMaintain supplier database keeping addresses, TINs and banking details currentContribute toward development of processes in new Finance structure under Crypto.comPerformance of internal control procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy of books and recordsQualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting with quality academic performance0-3 years of Finance experienceExperience with Microsoft ExcelQuick learner and motivated self-starterAbility to multitask and work in a fast paced, regulated environmentWorks well with others and is comfortable communicating with all levelsAbility to efficiently manage large amounts of data, with excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience with banks, FCMs, broker-dealers, or financial markets a plusInterest in financial markets/crypto is a mustLife @ Crypto.com
