We are seeking a Product Operations Associate to manage Crypto.com’s product offerings.This pivotal role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain practical experience in crypto product operations and project coordination, supporting one of the largest finance apps in the world. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational excellence and create a seamless user experience for buying, selling, storing, and utilising Cryptocurrencies. As the number 1 most downloaded Crypto app in many markets globally, your contributions will directly impact millions of users worldwide. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality product offerings across all our platforms.Join our innovative and fast-paced team to drive product excellence and embrace ownership in a dynamic, growth-driven environment.Responsibilities Coordinate seamless release and manage timelines for diverse Crypto.com product offeringsCollaborate closely with stakeholders across teams to gather and align requirements for successful deliveryExecute standard operating procedures (SOPs) with precision and diligence to ensure impeccable implementation of changesIdentify operational inefficiencies in existing processes and propose innovative solutions to resolve bottlenecks proactivelySupport new product launch and market expansionAct as PIC for specific product verticalsWork with cross-functional teams to define, prioritise and resolve product issues with clarity and focusReview escalated issues from customer service and follow up with appropriate stakeholders to ensure timely and effective resolutionsWeekend/Holiday coverage may be requiredRequirements Ability to collaborate effectively with people at all levelExcellent interpersonal, communication, organisation and prioritisation skillsStrong aptitude for understanding the needs of both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDetail-oriented and a commitment to delivering high-quality workHighly motivated to troubleshoot problems, drive positive change, and take on new challenges proactivelyAdaptive to change and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsCapable of working and making sound decisions independently with critical thinkingFast learner with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetKnowledge of crypto trading and experience in operations are highly preferred#LI-CW1
