Role Information
Responsibilities: Lead complex, large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives.Collaborate with development teams to estimate work, define milestones, and manage resources.Drive results through cross-functional teams from design to rollout.Track progress, resolve dependencies, manage risks, and communicate status to stakeholders.Design and track key metrics, using data to inform decisions.Orchestrate technology initiatives with business feature deliveries, balancing technical and business priorities.Facilitate and maintain clear documentation for various audiences (e.g., support playbooks, API documentation).Optimize deployment workflows and improve knowledge sharing within the team.Requirements: 5+ years of project and/or program management experience in a software applications environment.Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and infrastructure.Experience with Agile and Waterfall development methodologies; Scrum Master experience a plus.Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across business units.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to align diverse teams toward common goals.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in facilitating meetings, driving outcomes and summarizing documentation.Experience establishing processes and driving automation initiatives.Experience using JIRA and Confluence.PMP, CSM, PSM, or ACP certifications preferred.
